One of the coolest ways to explore and experience these islands is – with the wind. A kite in your hands and a board under your feet.

Kiteboarding Downwinders and Safaris opens some insane terrain across the Turks & Caicos Islands and most importantly away from Long Bay and other kiters. The difference? Downwinders essentially start at one place and finish at another spot further downwind either down the coast or on another island altogether. We literally just go with the wind. These adventures usually last 2-4 hours depending on where we ride and the distance we kite.

On Safaris we drive out or take a boat out to another location, set up, stay there and ride to our heart’s content before packing up and heading back. These can half day or full day trips. While Provo has some great places and runs to do both versions, the out islands around Provo offer some of the best experiences. There are multiple options for different levels but current weather conditions, tide and wind direction on the day are the most important factors in making any decisions.

it all depends on what’s happening and what you want to see and do. The stoke is real.

Here are some of our favourites:
- Caicos Cays Downwinder (half day)
- Blue Hills Downwinder (half day)
- Middle Caicos Safari (full day)
- Half Moon Bay Safari (a couple of hours)
